After thirty years as a professional chef, Annette Larsen still sparkles with the love of cooking for others. Whether it’s the joy of harvesting from their kitchen garden, a box of produce from one of their local farmers arriving on the doorstep or teaching others, her passion for creating good food is central to Harcourt Produce & General Store.
Annette saw the old General Store, looking lost and in need of love, when she and Bruce first bought their home in Harcourt. “I’m going to buy that Store…”, she announced, “and turn it into something amazing.” And so she did.
