Tuki is a special getaway situated on historic “Stoney Rises”. The property is a traditional grazing property, the woolshed, miner’s cottage and stable restaurant being original buildings. The area has been farmed for over 150 years.

Tuki comprises an award-winning restaurant, six drystone cottage accommodation and a 1500-acre working farm, all designed for guests to explore.

Located on the top of a hill with 100 kilometre uninterrupted views of the Daylesford Macedon region, Tuki is a picturesque and rural setting that offers a truly memorable dining experience.

Taking its name from the Tukidale sheep, it is an area steeped in farming history for over 170 years and has been in the Jones Family for four generations.

Enjoy seasonally curated menus by Chef Julian Robertshaw whose culinary skills showcase the best of the property’s produce. They have an extensive wine list showcasing beautiful wines from the region along with bespoke cocktails and stunning local gins.

Embrace the tranquillity with a fishing experience before enjoying a leisurely lunch by day or by night, savour a sumptuous tasting menu watching the ever-changing colours of the sunset.

Tuki is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and dinner is exclusively available on Fridays and Saturdays.
