A commercial coffee roasting company established in 2016 we specialise in bespoke air roasting technology. Our technology uses 20% less energy and it’s 90% less smoke and traditional coffee roasting methods.
The result is smooth, full flavoured coffee that’s never bitter.
We are co-located in Blackwood & Melbourne. Blackwood being our original base. This fully restored 1800s gold rush building houses, the coffee roastery, a product development lab, specialised storage facilities, offices, training rooms, an event space and; the owner’s private residence.
We supply coffer to venues across Australia and visitors to the Daylesford Macedon region can enjoy a cup of our coffee in Daylesford, Trentham, Kyneton.

There’s no cafe facilities on-site in Blackwood, however we do masterclasses through the year.
