We are a family of ethicurean farmers raising rare-breed Large Black pigs and pastured Lowline cattle on 69 acres of volcanic paddocks. We butcher on farm and sell our uncommonly delicious ethical pork and beer-fed beef at the farm gate and deliver to Woodend, Castlemaine, Ballarat and Melbourne.
