Water cascades over layers of bedrock through rock pools, crevices and little caverns. Relax in the rock pools and take a swim in one of the bigger swimming holes. It is best to visit after some rain. It’s a great for nature-based activity with some picnic tables. If you are in need of a toilet, stop by the Metcalf Recreation Reserve, about 2km west of the Cascades.
