Mount Alexander rises 350 meters above its surrounding area, making it a prominent landmark with the Mount Alexander Regional Park.
It offers magnificent views of Harcourt and beyond and is covered in lush natural forest offering the perfect spot for picnicking, bushwalking and more recently mountain bike riding at La Larr Ba Gauwa Park. You will find a range of walking tracks available for all fitness levels, one of the most popular being Dog Rocks, a stunning granite outcrop on the western slops of the mountain.
