Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm sits in the picturesque farmlands of Shepherds Flat. There’s one hundred acres to roam and explore the European styled gardens, Historic stone buildings, History Tours of the original homestead, Farm animals, rows of Lavender and so much more.
La Trattoria Bar & Eatery is situated in the heart of the farm, there for those who are exploring the farm and have worked up an appetite for some mediterranean and lavender inspired dishes. From Wood fired Pizza to Lavender scones with whipped cream and our own Lavender and strawberry jam, there is something for everyone including Gluten free and Vegan options.
Over one hundred handcrafted aromatherapy products are on display in ‘the barn’, where you can learn about their uses and suitability to skin types etc. The products are created on the farm itself, you may even be able to catch a glimpse of them being made through the Still Room window. These products can also be purchased through our online store.
