Exactly one hour north of Melbourne, Lyons Will Estate is a cool climate winery located in the Macedon Ranges. The hallmark to Lyons Will is its hands on, family owned approach, all vines are hand pruned, hand groomed and hand-picked, ensuring the best quality possible from bud-burst to the final bottle.
Lyons Will Estate aims to produce wines that ring true to the stunning and rare environment that is the Macedon Ranges. Our ethos is simple, ‘take care of the land and the land will take care of the plants’.
Being a family owned winery, you can chat first hand with either of the winemakers – Oliver Rapson and Renata Morello – whilst they take you through a selection of their award-winning wines, from their flagship varietals of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, or try something a little different with their Gamay and Riesling.
