Cooking School and Events Venue
Welcome to our Artisanal Cooking School! We teach sourdough bread baking, fermenting: vegetables, black garlic, berry drinks. Homemade pasta skills, food preserving using Fowlers Vacola and other preserving jars. Vegan Soap making classes, Wild Fungi Foraging and Feasting. Pasture raised pork sausage making classes, salami workshops and wild edible weed identification and feasting sessions.
We love sharing our gnocchi making skills and adore taking groups on tours of our Farm ORTO. We share our Italian heritage with Italian folk songs and pizzica dance classes. For us the theatre and storytelling qualities inherent in cooking help us to create meaningful homes where vibrant music-rich kitchens bustling with the percussive sounds of chopping bring people together.
