The gins and vodkas are made by hand, fermented in-house and distilled multiple times to ensure they are smooth, full-bodied and packed with flavour. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally, organically and seasonally, which means you’re tasting the essence of Hepburn Springs.

Locals and visitors alike are celebrating the launch of Beppe Kitchen & Bar. The concept is a nod to the original building; the Athens Hotel, built back in the 1860s, which was run by a Greek-Cypriot migrant. With a fresh modern take, Beppe is a transformed space that has quickly become a must-visit neighbourhood trattoria. The menu offers traditional Italian cuisine, with a modern take. Dishes like carbonara, crumbed pork cutlet (already a favourite with locals) and whole baked snapper are offered alongside a pizza menu, with all pasta, bread and pizza dough made in-house.
