Essence Health & Wellbeing Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Margaret (Margie) McConvill, a highly qualified complementary therapy practitioner with a wide range of knowledge and experience. She is particularly well known and respected for her 14 years of ownership and management of the renowned Shizuka Ryokan japanese country spa & wellness retreat in Hepburn Springs, a winner of the prestigious Victorian Tourism Award for Health and Wellbeing Tourism.

Margie, with her wide skill base, is able to personalise wellness services to her clients depending on their particular health and wellbeing requirements. Margie does not offer dual treatments at her Hepburn clinic, but works one-on-one with clients to ensure a tranquil environment is maintained.

Margie moved from the busy corporate world in Sydney, 20 years ago, to follow her passion of working in the spa and wellness environment of Hepburn Springs. She is in her “happy” place working with complementary therapies and nurturing her clients to restore their health and wellbeing.

Services available include reflexology, aromatherapy massage using hot stones and personalised essential oil blends; facials using local hand made products.
