All that we offer is carefully considered — our menu, coffee, decor and most importantly, our service.
In the picturesque hillside town of Daylesford, the building that stands at 117 Vincent Street has been a much loved local venue for many years now.
Since July 2018 Tom, Lauren and their two small boys have found themselves lucky enough to call Pancho their home. Named after Laurens’ Dad Frans, this beautiful cafe is our fourth venture together. Beginning in 2007 with Mixed Business Cafe, then Fowlers Flowers and Chianti Bistro (Fitzroy North), our experience has led to a passion for true customer service.
All that we offer is carefully considered — our menu, coffee, decor and most importantly, our service. Tom and Tiana manage to create magic in the shoe box sized kitchen, preparing our own yoghurt, fermented pickles and sauces while baking all of our cakes in-house too.
We are fully licensed and our courtyard is dog friendly.
Breakfast and lunch are on offer five days a week. Baby change facilities available. We have wheelchair accessible tables though please note our bathroom upstairs is not.
