Hemp farm, bed & breakfast, rural escape
Bunjil Farm is a rural retreat set in the foothills of the Macedon Ranges. Stay in the separate rustic, mid-1800s Settler’s Hut or in the fully self-contained Hemp Cottage.
The buildings on the property date from the 1800s – the coach house, blacksmith’s shop and old stables are reminders of the hardships of pioneer life but perhaps also of a time when life was less complicated. We offer peace and tranquility where a short escape from the city can help to rest and rejuvenate.
Stay in a separate rustic, mid-1800s settler’s hut or in a fully self-contained cottage that has been retrofitted with hempcrete.
Enjoy the abundant bird life, open space and fresh air and learn about the possibilities of hemp as a viable, sustainably produced crop.
If it all seems too quiet after the fast pace of your city life, the buzz of Piper Street, Kyneton, is only ten minutes away where you will find restaurants, cafes, local artisans’ products, antiques and gifts. 15 minutes will take you to the quaint township of Trentham or Daylesford spa country is only 20 minutes’ drive.
Our licenced hemp farm provides a focal point for the hemp industry in Victoria.
We run workshops throughout the year as well as open days promoting hemp and local produce. Contact us to learn more.
