An idyllic town with regional parks full of peaceful walking and biking tracks, you may catch a glimpse of a koala while exploring the bushland surrounding Creswick. Some visitors come to tee off at the town’s bush-fringed championship golf course, while others are drawn to visit the historic woollen mill to see the production of natural fibres up close.

Heritage buildings like the museum showcase the regions history and heritage.

April the town comes alive with Cresfest showcasing folk and roots music and kids events. Local produce is on offer at the monthly market held on the third Saturday of each month.

A short trip out of town is the historic Andersons Mill in Creswick and the local towns of Clunes is a further lovely step back in town to the gold rush days of the region.
