Mountain Provedore provides exceptional Catering and Take Home Meals for Daylesford, Hepburn and the surrounding area.

Our food is made from scratch with no short cuts or half measures. We use a mix of the best of local and exotic ingredients when they are in season and at their freshest.

Our bespoke catering varies from Classic French to more adventurous offerings from around the world. No matter where it comes from you’ll know our food was made with love, made clean and made with the best ingredients.

Mountain Provedore can also arrange for a private chef to come to your home or accommodation to prepare a meal in your kitchen. We can also organise bar and wait staff as required. On some occasions our Head Chef may be available to attend.

Our Boxed Meals offer 2 or 3 Courses and are available warm or chilled. We make one type of boxed meal a day and we do it right.

No packets, no bottled sauces and no short cuts. Just super high quality food when and how you want it.

Our boxed meal menus are released a day or two before service so we can get you the best of the season and aren’t locked in to using poor quality produce or less ethical suppliers.

All you need is to follow our detailed heating and plating instructions to have a superb restaurant meal at your convenience and without drama. They are perfect for groups, families with young kids or when you just want an amazing meal with no drama.

Our website is updated most days and has our latest menus. We encourage you to come past, inspect our kitchen and have a chat to our staff. If we are open, you are welcome.
