Hepburn's newest place to be
Opening 2 weeks prior to the State Emergency being called in Victoria as a ‘bar/cafe/eatery’ and the little brother to established restaurant Frank & Connie’s Kitchen, we spent our forced lock down feeding our local community from our makeshift coffee window with very limited resources and less money behind us. Without the freedom of being able to order from our usual suppliers we bought everything back to basics: baking with a sense of place. Using the abundance of local seasonal produce swapped for house made sourdough and pulling from Caliopi’s extensive knowledge and creativity (duck fat pastry pie anyone?!), Harry’s was born. And we love it.
And now you can come back inside we want to share this all with you. Our freshly baked cakes and sourdough will still be available for a quick takeaway or you can dine in on our new all day brunch style cafe where we will be offering a fresh menu focusing on local produce made from scratch. We look forward to hosting you.
