Dilworth and Allain

We have a cellar door in Daylesford which combines our work/life passions, art and wine. We offer wine tastings by Dilworth and Allain and a walk through of the artwork made by Loïque. You can also sit in and share a bottle from the cellar list or take something home.

The wine me make is sourced from a select number of vineyards in the Macedon ranges and surrounds. When making our wines we try to best represent the place in which the grapes are grown and also highlight the beauty of the variety that we are working with. This means that we give the wine time to mature in the winery. We don’t rush or force the process, we want the wines to be textured and tasty!

Loique’s artwork is predominantly linocut landscapes inspired by the local region and abroad. Through immersing herself in the landscape, she is surrounded by the elements— earth, water, wildlife, seasons and climate— and the music this coalition creates— the sound of wind, birds and rocks. Her carving and printing process have become a meditation of her trajectory across the spaces that she has traversed, expressing the feelings conjured of being in a particular place.
